MVP Launch Sprint
The problem I solve
Most first MVPs are built wrong.
I’ve seen this pattern in India and Australia. A founder has a solid idea. Spends months describing it to developers. Developers build something. It doesn’t work. Founder pivots blindly or shuts down.
The problem was never the idea and usually wasn’t the developers. Nobody asked the right questions before building started.
Without the Sprint
3–6 months building. ₹8–25 lakh (India) or A$15–50K (Australia) spent. Launch. No users. Pivot. Repeat.
With the Sprint
2 weeks of clarity work. Build exactly what you need. Launch in 6–14 weeks. Test the actual hypothesis.
The process
What happens in the Sprint
01
Discovery & Clarity (Week 1–2)
02
MVP Scoping (Week 2–3)
Ruthless feature prioritisation. What’s in, what’s out, in what order. What’s the minimum feature set that tests whether anyone will pay?
03
Build Roadmap (Week 3–4)
A week-by-week technical roadmap your developer can follow. If you don’t have a developer, I help select and vet the right partner for your scope and budget — in India or Australia.
04
Build Oversight (Week 4–14)
Weekly check-ins during build. I review progress, flag scope creep, help with real-time decisions — so the build stays on track and on budget.
